Credent Group was founded in Delhi in 2012 by Karan Sharma, today Founder and Whole-time Director of the Group, with six employees, a head office in the capital, and a conviction that India's diagnostic economy deserved better infrastructure than it had. The insight was simple but radical: healthcare logistics was being treated as an afterthought. Samples moved in general courier bags. Phlebotomists were untrained and untracked. Cold chains broke silently and nobody measured the cost. The pre-analytical journey, everything that happens before a result is generated, was invisible, unmanaged, and unaccountable. Credent was built to change that. Not incrementally. Structurally.

Twelve years later, the Credent Group operates across 452 cities, employs 6,500+ healthcare personnel, and runs the operational infrastructure that some of India's most trusted diagnostic chains, hospitals, and pharma brands depend on every day.
