DEFINITIONS

Credent Rider App allows its own riders to perform following tasks:

• Perform the pre-assigned task via app.
• Create the new task in app based on on-call assignments
• Pick-up the diagnostics samples from the assigned collection centres operated by company clients.
• Handover the diagnostics samples to riders, hubs or labs and ensure that all samples reach to designated place.

Riders / Runners are company employees which use Rider app to perform day to day on-field task. As a user of our rider App, you are bound by the Employment Contract / Agreement signed by you at the time of joining our organization.

By accessing our Rider App or our service, you accept this Privacy Policy and provide consent to provide required permission as needed by app to perform necessary tasks.

If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms of Use in their entirety, you may choose not use the Credent Rider App.

The Service allows you to:

REGISTRATION; RULES FOR USER CONDUCT AND USE OF THE SERVICE
You need to be an internal user which shall grant you access to our Rider App

USE RESTRICTIONS

Your permission to use the Rider App is conditioned upon the following use, posting and conduct restrictions:

You agree that you will not under any circumstances:

Access the Service for any reason other than your professional requirements

Collect or harvest any personal data of any user of the Service

Use the Service for the solicitation of business in the course of trade or in connection with a commercial enterprise other than C3Logistics.co.in (Credent Cold chain Logistics Pvt Ltd.)

• Distribute / Deliver any or parts of the Service where it is not intended to be delivered without our explicit written permission
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or for the promotion of illegal activities in any way
• Attempt to, or harass, abuse or harm another person or group
• Use another user's or personal account without an explicit written permission
• Intentionally allow another user to access your account
• Provide false or inaccurate information when registering an account (or while entering into an employment contract with the Organization
• Interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
• Make any automated use of the Rider App, the Service or the related systems, or take any action that we deem to impose or to potentially impose an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our servers or network infrastructure

MODIFICATION OF TERMS OF USE

We can amend these Terms of Use at any time and will update these Terms of Use in the event of any such amendments. It is your sole responsibility to check the Site from time to time to view any such changes in this agreement. Your continued use of the Site or the Service signifies your agreement to our revisions to these Terms of Use.
